Yup I am now
officially 30 (well tomorrow the 17
th)! I actually feel really good about entering my 30s. I spent way too much time in my 20s worrying about what others thought of me...should I dye my hair unnatural colors? Our my crappy tattoos showing? Should I lie or say what I really think? Am I showing too much
cleavage? Are skulls on clothing offensive?
UGH! What a waste of time and emotions!!
Now I feel like I have come into my own and really like who I am. I am pretty comfortable in my very pale skin.

Hey birthday girl. The card is in the mail. Hope you get it tomorrow. You look great. Your thirties are not too bad. Enjoy them and your special day. :)
Happy 30th!!! I hope you have a great day and I think you have a point:)
Got your card Renata! Thanks sweetie! Make sure you get your butt over here on the 29th! Miss you!
Thanks Erika :) Can't wait to see you and the active little guys soon!
Happy 30th! There is something to be said about your 30's, I can't really put it into words because you have to experience it in your own way, but from reading your post I think you have the right mind-set. Do you remember our first Hester Christmas party at Sorrentos and it was just you and I and some guy teacher from one of the elementary schools and the two of you compared tatoos at the table??? It was pretty funny considering we were teachers. Love the hair and hope you enjoyed your day :)
Oh my crappy tattoos! So funny! I am actually getting them covered up with a bigger tattoo. My first tattoos look like a did prision time! Ahhhh the things we do in college!
Happy birthday!! The big 3-0! Hope you had a great day. That pic is too funny. Hope everyone is well. Take care!

Happy birthday Laura!
I love my 30s. Each decade of age has its defining characteristics. Your 20s are all about figuring out what you want to do with your life and having a good time, (or in your case, having babies)and your 30s I think are about begining to relish the path you've chosen. You're a doting mother and wife, and now you can take joy in watching Jake and Abbie grow.
